We forgot to mention that yesterday was Jackson's 18th week.  Sometimes it feels like time is flying by, and other times it feels like it is standing still.  Jackson's frenulum, the thing under your tongue that attaches it to your mouth, was too short.  It caused him to not be able to stick his tongue out passed his lips.  It needed to be fixed, and so it had to be snipped to allow it more length.  It actually went really fast and didn't seem to hurt him too much.  It bled a little, but by tonight it seemed to be ok.  This may also lead to better swallowing skills that may help him be able to come home sooner than later.  As of now, though, there is no end in sight from the NICU.
