Wednesday January 12th - 15 weeks

Jackson was in a tired mood today. He is still doing well. He was 5lb14oz last night when they weighed him. He has a new nurse "girlfriend" She totally spoils Jackson and will hold him as much as he wants. She said last night he spent time laying in her lap while she charted.Tomorrow Jackson will have an MRI, the doctors are just checking to make sure his white and grey matter have developed well. Mommy and Daddy have been busy trying to get the house ready for Jackson's homecoming. We just pray that we have patience as we endure these last few days/weeks in the NICU.

On other news, Jackson's blog has had over 10k hits!!! If you have been following Jackson's blog, we ask that you leave a quick comment on the bottom of this post or send a note to Jackson's email, (click for the address) We will be putting these in his baby book, so when he is older he will know how many people were praying for and supporting us during this journey. We couldn't have made it without all of you. Thank you!!!

  1. Hi Julia,
He is sooooo adorable! I'm glad to know he's doing well. Looking forward to the shower this weekend. Safe travel and see you soon!
    Love, Vicki Bingham

  2. Well sweet Jackson is showing signs of being a real boy! Why is it they learn that "couch potato" pose so early? Boys seem to do that more than girls....just saying :) And the gas problem!...boys again! Sorry Julia, you are now outnumbered!
    Hugs & Kisses,

  3. We've been praying for Jackson from day 1, and we're so excited to see him reaching the finish line of the NICU! Keep up the good work, sweet boy! You're amazing!
